Excapsa Poker Network Gives Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott His Own Online Poker Site

One of the UK's top poker players, Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott, has inked a deal with Game Theory Ltd., a subsidiary of online poker network Excapsa Software Inc., to launch an online poker site. As part of the exclusive licensing agreement, players who register on Ulliott's site will be able to play poker against any player on the Excapsa Poker Network.
